Passionate about communication in all its forms — from coding to interpersonal relationships. Deeply interested in personal growth and psychology, I believe in the power of words like "please" and "thank you".
A communication professional with a strong customer-focused mindset, I bring a multidisciplinary background spanning healthcare, banking, and digital development. Over the years, I have gained solid experience in customer service and front-office roles, working closely with people in complex and sensitive contexts.
From five years as a banking customer consultant to my current role as a medical desk officer, I have developed strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, always aiming to deliver a positive and human-centered user experience.
Alongside this people-oriented career path, I have cultivated a strong interest in the digital world. After completing a full-stack development course, I briefly worked as a junior web developer, gaining hands-on experience with web technologies and digital tools.
What motivates me most is working in environments where communication, technology, and human experience come together. Always eager to learn and grow, I am open to new opportunities and meaningful challenges.
